Thank you for using DoorZap. These Terms & Conditions explain your rights and responsibilities when you use DoorZap websites, apps, and related services (the “Services”).
By using the Platform, creating an account, or placing an order/reservation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.
II. Definitions
- Customer / You: anyone using the Services to browse, order, book, chat, or pay
- Merchant / Partner: restaurants, grocery stores, Runner merchants, and other listed businesses
- Delivery Partner: partners who pick up and deliver orders
- Content: menus, reviews, chat, location, and other information on the Services
III. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority) and able to enter a binding contract. Use the Services only in compliance with applicable law.
IV. Services
DoorZap provides a technology platform for food, grocery, Runner marketplace, table reservations, and partner tools. We may modify or suspend features at any time. Merchants are responsible for product quality and licenses.
V. Accounts
Provide accurate details, protect OTPs/passwords, and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
VI. Orders, payments, cancellations
Orders depend on merchant availability and coverage. Fees shown at checkout may include delivery, service, tips, and promos. Payments are processed by third-party gateways. Cancellations and refunds follow order status and applicable policies.
VII. Merchants and delivery partners
Merchants and delivery partners are independent. DoorZap is a technology intermediary and does not manufacture food or grocery goods sold by merchants.
VIII. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, abuse coupons, create fake accounts, harass others, or use the Services for illegal activity. You are responsible for content you post.
IX. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoorZap’s liability for a claim is limited to amounts you paid for the related order/booking in the preceding three months (or a modest minimum equivalent), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
